E-Ticket: every one entering and exiting the Dominican Republic must complete the E-Ticket before checking in for your flight. This is the Dominican Republic's immigration and customs policy. Filling out the E-Ticket is completely free. If you end up on a website asking for payment you are on a scam website. The correct website is below.

Airport Transfers: If you booked through Travel with Jayci, airport transfers are included in your package. You do not need to book airport transfers. If you did not book with Travel with Jayci, you need to check your reservation to see if you need to book them. Do not wait until the last minute to book them, there is not unlimited availability. We have a wedding block set up at the resort for guests to book their rooms at a discounted rate. Please contact our travel agent, Jayci to book your room. She will send you pricing for your desired travel dates and help you book your room and airport transfers. The pricing includes resort stay and transportation between the airport and resort when you arrive, and when you depart. The resort is an all inclusive resort so all food and drinks are included as well. You will book your own flights with your preferred airline.

Your room must be booked by July 1, 2024

The first half of your reservation balance will be due September 1, 2024

The second half of your reservation balance will be due November 1, 2024

24 month financing is available, please ask Jayci for more information if you are interested in financing.

What if I am not staying at the resort?

For guests that will not be staying at the resort, please be aware that there is a fee of $85 per person per day to access the resort.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend, as we would like to keep this an intimate event and have limited space. Thank you for understanding.

Are children allowed?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration an adult only (18+) event. We encourage our family and friends to use this as a fun weekend out!

What is the dress code?

We would love to see everyone dressed up! The dress code is formal attire. No jeans please!

Where should we stay?

Please see the "Travel" section. We have info on our hotel room block.

What is the closest airport to the hotel?

The closest airport to the hotel is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

When should I RSVP?

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP and book your room for the wedding is July 1, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided it will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the resort and our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!
